About this apartment rental
2P apartment located in the Croix de Gardes, a residential area of Cannes. The residence has a beautiful southern park with hundred-year-old trees. The apartment is through, well exposed and quiet. In addition, it is air-conditioned.
It consists of an entrance hall with cupboard, living room with kitchenette and dining area opening onto a covered terrace of 7 m2, a bedroom, bathroom and separate toilet.
Towels, bath towels, bed linen and end-of-stay cleaning are included in the rental price.
You also benefit from a free indoor parking space within the residence.
You can enjoy a magnificent infinity pool with a view of the sea and the Lerins Islands; as well as a wading pool for children. Access to the pool is free. Only the deckchairs are paid from July 1 to August 31, 2026 (€5 for half a day / €10 for a day).
A children's playground and a tennis court are available at the residence.
The sandy beach is 600 m from the residence (about 12 minutes walk).
The centre of Cannes is a 30 to 40-minute walk away. Possibility to take the bus down the street (line 1, 2 or 7).
