T3 of 44 m2, classified 3*, facing the sea and marina, beach + shops. The apartment is located on the 3rd and last floor. It has 2 bedrooms (one with a bed of 160x200 and one with 2 bunk beds of 80x190). It also has 2 bathrooms (1 shower + toilet and 1 bath + washing machine). 1 sofa bed for 2 people (140x190) in the living room (with TV) with American kitchen opening onto 1 terrace of 11 m2, not overlooked (with an arbour) with panoramic sea view from the island of Embiez to the Calanques de Cassis. In the kitchen, you will have at your disposal a fridge/freezer, a hob, a dishwasher, a multifunction oven, coffee maker and a Dolce Gusto espresso. The apartment is located in the former Pierre et Vacances residence, itself in the Domaine de la Coudouliere which has an area of 35 hectares composed of several lakes and forest, children's playgrounds, petanque courts and tennis courts (in addition). The landscaped estate is secured by caretakers. Our residence "les rivages de la Coudouliere" has its own 340 m2 swimming pool with free access. A private and secure parking space in the basement is allocated to you; with direct access by elevator to the apartment. You are 150 m from shops (pharmacy, tobacconist/newsagent, bakery, mini-market, hairdresser, restaurants) and you are facing the marina (personal watercraft rental, boat, Aqua vision, diving club...) and above all beaches and coves on foot. Also on foot, 5 minutes from the apartment, there is a tree climbing. You are 2 kms along the sea from the famous Sanary market (most beautiful market in France in 2018). In front of the residence, a secure cycle path connects Sanary to the Brusc and its pier for the island of Embiez.
