About this apartment rental
Our vacation rental, which sleeps up to 4 people, faces north, ensuring a pleasant living environment in the summer. The apartment has two bedrooms. One features a high-quality double bed at a comfortable height and a wardrobe, and the smaller bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed and a wardrobe. The bathroom, which has a window, includes a shower and toilet. The living room is furnished in the Art Deco style and features a sofa set (the piano is not playable). The modern kitchen opens onto a dining area. The natural garden with tall trees, which adjoins the ground-floor apartment, features a seating area and a fire pit with a grill. The garden is reserved exclusively for guests of both vacation apartments. In addition to songbirds, you’ll find fireflies (around St. John’s Day), shrews, squirrels, and the neighbor’s cat there. Parking spaces are available free of charge. Upon request, we also provide access to a washing machine and bicycle storage.
The thoughtfully designed vacation apartments are equipped with high-quality beds. Two triple rooms with a shared bathroom (accommodating 6 people) can be added to the vacation apartments, but only by prior arrangement. If you’d rather not cook for yourself, you’ll find excellent dining options at the Franconian restaurants within walking distance. Ample parking is available and included in the price. Bicycle storage is available upon prior arrangement. Each apartment has a separate entrance and access to the natural garden. The garden is reserved for both vacation apartments. Under the tall trees, there’s always a shady spot for barbecuing and building a fire, even in summer. The piano pictured in the North-East vacation apartment is not playable. Breakfast is available only by prior arrangement and may not always be possible. Check-in and check-out times are handled flexibly; punctual check-out is only required in the event of scheduling conflicts. Best regards, Michael
