The Beach Studio
The Beach Studio is a loft-style studio located in the Aiguadolç area, with stunning views of La Marina beach and the port of Sitges. It features a communal swimming pool and large gardens.
The apartment has been recently renovated and is located very close to the beaches and the port's restaurants. You'll also find a large supermarket just a few minutes' walk from the apartment.
The most spectacular feature is its terrace, where you can enjoy the views and the tranquility of the sea. Here you can have breakfast, lunch, or dinner, always with a sea view, and during the hottest hours, you can take refuge under its awning.
The apartment, which sleeps two, is located on the first floor and is accessed by stairs. The approximately 40 square meter living area includes a comfortable sofa and a TV with digital channels. Behind the sofa is a fold-down bed with a very comfortable mattress, ensuring a good night's sleep during your vacation.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need for your stay (refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stovetop, utensils, etc.). The apartment also has a wardrobe for storing your luggage.
In the spacious bathroom you will find the bathtub, the washing machine, enough space to leave your things and make this your home for a few days.
To make your stay even more enjoyable, the apartment features air conditioning and high-speed WiFi.

Arrival information:- Tourist taxes levied by the Sitges City Council must be paid (1.75 euros per person per night | maximum 7 nights | children under 16 years of age do not pay)

- For check-ins after 9:00 PM, there is a small supplement of €30.
- For check -ins after midnight, there is a €50 surcharge.
Exit information:- Departure time is 10 am
- Remember to turn off the AC before you leave.
- Upon departure, the keys should be left on a table or in a visible place, never in the lock.
Smoking - not allowed
Arrival between 00:01 and 02:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 21:00 and 00:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
