CasalPonteCuti is located in the Tiber River Park, in an area just outside the city of Todi, offering a beautiful view of the picturesque village of Pontecuti and the surrounding hills.
The property, built entirely of stone, dates back to the late 19th century and is a classic example of an Umbrian manor house.
The interior features ceilings with chestnut beams and simple, functional “arte povera” furnishings.
Available to guests: 2 living rooms with fireplaces, 3 fully equipped kitchens (one of which is on the first floor adjacent to the porch and the barbecue), 6 bedrooms (sleeping up to 16 people)
5 bathrooms (one of which is wheelchair-accessible). Total area: 300 sq m
On the first floor, there is a recreation room with a professional ping-pong table and a foosball table (from the 1960s).
Outside, for the exclusive use of guests, a large park and a swimming pool
(12x5) complete the property.
All essential amenities are nearby.

It was a really beautiful house, with a great view from the pool. The contact with the host was good, we could contact him when we needed him. Also the pool was cleaned every day!

Six of us stayed for a week in late May. The house is very comfortable. The seating options were somewhat limited in the living room but we brought in extra chairs from other rooms. The views from poolside are fabulous. Perhaps the best feature of the stay was the property manager, Giuseppe. He is very friendly and quick to respond to questions and provide help and suggestions. He only speaks Italian but we were able to get by with a translation app. And we used WhatsApp for texting which Giuseppe would then translate.

Nice large old house with great grounds and amenities. Very close to Todi. Owner and manager are responsive and easy to communicate with.
Great for large families. Out door grill, grounds and pool are amazing.
