Our Hochödlehen apartment building is located away from traffic, in a secluded, quiet setting with unobstructed, magnificent mountain views.
The 5 brand-new apartments for 2–4 people (new as of April 2024) feature a kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and living-dining area, each with either a balcony or terrace; all offer mountain views. You’ll also enjoy a new sauna area with an infrared cabin, which is included!
Our vacation apartments for 2–5 people feature a kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom, and all have a balcony and mountain views.
Our Chalet Gipfelglück is located about 350 meters from the main house in a quiet, secluded spot and is within walking distance. Heating: tiled stove

Leave your car behind and set out directly on foot from your accommodations for numerous mountain tours and hikes, such as the Watzmann, Grünstein, and Kühroint. Königssee and the Jennerbahn are a 7-minute drive away. The trailhead for the Kehlsteinhaus is a 15-minute drive away. Salzburg is a 25-minute drive away. The nearest supermarket and bakery are a 3–5-minute drive away.
