About this house rental
"La Vigne" is a charming old stone detached house of 120m2 with a fenced garden of 1200 m2 and a private heated swimming pool*, comfortably accommodating 10 people (and possibly two additional children under 1 year old). It is ideal for holidays with family or friends. Only 15 minutes from the city center on foot, enjoy a peaceful, green and relaxing environment while being close to the historic center with its famous markets and shops.
Out of season you can also rent only the first floor and its 2 bedrooms - Contact us for more information.

The accommodation
On the first floor:
- equipped kitchen (4-burner hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machines: Nespresso+ electric, fridge/freezer)
- air-conditioned dining room
- veranda
- air-conditioned living room with fireplace and Smart TV with Chromecast
- an air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed of 160 x 200 cm
- an air-conditioned bedroom with two single beds of 90 x 190 cm
- a bathroom
- a separate toilet
- a pantry with washing machine, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron
Upstairs:
- a large family room of 20m2 air-conditioned with a double bed of 140 x 190 cm and two single beds of 90 x 190 cm
- an air-conditioned bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm double bed
- a bathroom with WC
- a landing with office/flexible space
Outside:
- HEATED POOL*, private, 8 x 4m, open from April to the end of October, salt, with curtain, fence and beach in Turkish stone.
- Pretty enclosed garden of 1200 m² with garden table, armchairs, hammock, barbecue and plancha.
- Private parking
* Heated swimming pool from the end of May to the end of September depending on the weather. To heat the pool outside this period, a supplement will be applied.
INCLUDED in the rental price:
• Linen with sheets, towels and dish towels
• End-of-stay cleaning
• Basic cleaning products and condiments (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, spices)
• Baby pack: cot, high chair, foot function (remember to book it!)
• Small basket of toys available according to the age of your children
• WIFI
• Heating and a basket of logs for the fireplace from November to the end of February

• Pool towels (5€ per person and to be paid on site)

Anastasia & Simon's beautiful house was a perfect location for a family vacation and base to explore the area. We were three generations spending a long weekend in Sarlat, and the house was excellently equipped to handle everyone's needs, from toddlers to grandparents. Communication was excellent, would definitely stay here the next time we're in Sarlat!

Great house, excellent host, beautiful setting with a great pool which got the sun all day. Very well stocked house with literally everything you need. Only gripe would be the bedrooms were hot (except the one with air con) but the fans did help. Could also do with a second set of keys as we were 2 families who sometimes did different things so made it a wee bit tricky at times. Would 100% return- the whole area is lovely.

Very comfortable bedding that makes travelling so much more enjoyable & restful. The hosts were lovely & readily available if/when needed.
