The 75-square-meter, 3-room apartment in Michelbach an der Bilz was modernized in 2023—you can expect an exclusive and fresh design with everything you need for a pleasant short- or long-term stay:
- High-speed Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the property
- Bedroom with a comfortable 2x2 m double bed
- Bedroom with 2 single beds
- Couch in the living room, which can be used as a large sleeper sofa
- Large smart TV with Netflix & Waipu TV
- Tassimo coffee machine & drip coffee maker
- New, fully equipped kitchen
- Sauna in the garden—use of the sauna, including bathrobes and towels, available for a fee (Free once for 2 hours per 3 nights)
- Washing machine and dryer - Use available for a fee
- Parking spaces directly in front of the house
- Charging station for electric cars billed based on usage (Wallbox Type 2 plug with max. 11 kW charging power)
- Keyless check-in; access to the vacation rental via a code
The bathroom features a bathtub and shower. The separate restroom has also been completely renovated.
All rooms have natural light.
We provide bed linens, towels, and bathrobes (for the sauna).
You’ll also find a selection of coffee, tea, and refreshments waiting for you.
A bakery, a farm stand, a supermarket (opening mid-2026), and the bus to Schwäbisch Hall are all within walking distance.

Comfortable, clean, well appointed self contained apartment, located in a pleasant residential quiet neighbourhood. Good sized rooms and well equipped kitchen with large Fridge/Freezer & Fan oven. Balcony overlooking garden. Unobtrusive welcoming owners live in rest of house and are available if needed. Good base for exploring this unspoilt area of Germany.
