This very charming and beautifully decorated Spanish villa was built in 2008 and is set in peaceful and picturesque surroundings near Algarrobo, offering stunning panoramic views of the Andalusian mountains, the coast, and the Mediterranean Sea. The property comfortably accommodates up to 8 adults and 2 children across 170 m² on a 1200 m² fully fenced plot.



The central area of the house is a spacious open plan kitchen and family room. The well-designed and fully equipped kitchen includes a ceramic hob, oven, and dishwasher. The living room is spacious and features a comfortable sofa area, a large flat screen TV with satellite access, and a dining table with seating for 10 guests. Large glass doors lead from the living room to the terrace. Air conditioning and wireless internet are available throughout the villa.



All 4 bedrooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, each featuring a double bed, a wardrobe, and air conditioning. Two bedrooms have direct access to the terrace and a third bedroom has direct access to the garden. The villa has 3 bathrooms: 2 private en-suite bathrooms and 1 shared bathroom serving bedrooms 3 and 4. 2 folding beds for children are also available at the property.



The large stone terrace of 105 m² is beautifully furnished with several dining tables and chairs, loungers with drinks tables, umbrellas, and an outdoor sofa, offering magnificent views over the Andalusian mountains and the Mediterranean Sea. A traditional petanque court is available for guest use free of charge. Parking is available at the villa and the entire plot is fenced and accessed via an electric gate.



Please note that the property is located in the mountains and access is only suitable for experienced drivers. The access road is a narrow mountain road with gravel and dust surfaces, sharp turns, and no barriers. No taxi or public transport is available in the area.

The villa is situated in peaceful and beautiful surroundings near Algarrobo, in the heart of authentic Andalusia. Torre del Mar and Velez-Malaga are approximately 15 minutes away by car, offering a wide range of restaurants, shops, and amenities.



Getting Around:

A car is essential for reaching and exploring the area, as no taxi or public transport is available. Please note that the access road to the property is a narrow mountain road with gravel and dust surfaces, sharp turns, and no barriers, and is only suitable for experienced drivers. Torre del Mar and Velez-Malaga are approximately 15 minutes away by car.



Other Things to Note:

Smoking is not permitted on the property. This accommodation does not accept groups of young people under 25 years of age. Pets are welcome, with the exception of dangerous animals. Animals admitted must weigh no more than 7 kg. A pet fee will apply.
