The cleaner has arrived the next minute, we left the apartment. It shows how great they want to make the stay for their next customers. That means it was the same for our arrival too. The place was polish clean and felt like home when we entered.Thank you for your wonderful service team

Clean and open place. Good parking spots. Good location. Good quality and quantity for kitchen pots, pans , dishes etc. toaster was faulty, could only use only one slot. The sofa bed was old and uneven making a bit uncomfortable to sleep on. Loved the no stress checkout.

We enjoyed our 3 night stay. The apartment had everything we needed including good ac as it was very hot while there. A table near the couch would be nice.

Clean, comfortable, and conveniently located close to all things Traverse City. The check out procedure was the best part, something along the lines of, “There’s nothing you need to do, our wonderful staff will take care of it. Enjoy your day.”
