About this villa rental
At the foot of the Alpilles and close to the city center of St Rémy de Provence, Isabelle and André welcome you to this 90m2 villa classified 3 stars by the tourist office, fully equipped and decorated with care, in a quiet residential development and 50 m from the natural park which will delight sportsmen and women with its fitness trail.
For a festive atmosphere in the Camargue, many summer events and restaurants await you in the town centre of St Rémy de Provence (800 m walk, 2 minutes by car)
Young and old alike will be delighted by this unique atmosphere in the city where bulls and Camargue horses will meet you.
You will also have to take the time to walk through the streets of St Remy to meet the know-how of the craftsmen and creators.
Presentation of the accommodation:
A villa that combines comfort and authenticity and that aspires to relaxation after long outings in the sun of Provence
- an independent entrance opening onto a first garden
- a first floor with fully equipped kitchen opening onto a large living room - with wooden dining table and living room opening onto a shaded terrace of 30m2 and a garden of 70m2 in the process of being grassed
- an LED TV, in the living room
- WIFI (fiber) throughout the home
- Office space
- a laundry room with washing machine
- 3 bedrooms upstairs (2 double beds 140 + 1 double bed 180 + a baby cot)
- 1 bathroom and 2 separate toilets, 1 of which is upstairs.
- a terrace on the south side overlooking a 2nd garden, (equipment: table, deckchair, lounge, barbecue)
- a private parking lot dedicated to housing
- Fully air-conditioned accommodation
Our villa is classified 3* by the tourist office.

-The Provençal markets. There is one every day in the surrounding villages, choose yours!

What we liked:Andre kept in touch before and during our stay.Charming property with some nice traditional furniture.Nice pictures and art work around the property.Nice gardens.Quiet location but close to town (easy walking distance).Laundry room with washing machine.Good size fridge freezer.Coffee pod machine.What needs some attention:Although there was a gas BBQ on site we could only use it three time as it had run out of gas. (Advised the owner)Vrbo description says end of stay cleaning is optional. No it isn't, we were told that cleaning was mandatory at 100 euro ever since Covid. We challenged this and the owner reduced the charge to 70 Euro as we were only using one bedroom. (We always leave properties we rent as we found them and the owner was kind enough to say that we left it clean and tidy).The Vrbo description also states air conditioning is throughout. In fact there is one unit in the living area on the ground floor which kept the area cool in the recent heat wave and one unit on the landing of the first floor which meant you needed to keep the bedroom door open to get any benefit.If you rent this property just be aware the parking area in front of the garage is a bit tight if you have a car bigger than a Mini, however you can park on the road outside the property. (The road is a dead end so quite quiet).Overall we had a nice stay and saw lots of the sights in Provence and the property was a good base to do this.

Very well appointed apartment that’s ideal for two or three couples or individuals. In a newer development, but only 10 minute walk to the Old Town. Two lovely outdoor seating areas. Great to have easy parking.

Very nice and cosy house with a garden. Friendly host who responds immediately to every request. We had a really nice holiday.
