The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and bidet, and a cozy, bright living room with an open kitchen overlooking the garden. It features a free, uncovered parking space, ski and bicycle storage, and a small private garden.
The listed price includes final cleaning, hot water, heating, electricity, and bed and bath linens. Heating is not included in the price from June 1 through September 30; if requested, it must be paid separately at a cost of €20 per day.
TOURIST TAX: The tourist tax, payable on-site, is not included in the total amount. The cost is €1.30 per person per day for up to a maximum of 7 days; children under 12 are exempt.
