The beautiful modern Villa Antica is located near the sea in the outskirts of old Rovinj. One of its most beautiful features is the large pool in the courtyard. The villa itself can accommodate up to seven people. It consists of two houses, the main house and a studio apartment. The main house has an open plan living and dining area, as well as three bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the other two rooms each have a single bed. There is also a large bathroom with a bathtub where you can relax. Outside, you can relax with a cold drink on the terrace or on the sun loungers by the pool or swim in the 72 m² pool. There is also a barbecue where you can prepare great meals. The studio apartment offers a little more privacy compared to the main house. It consists of a living room with a double bed for two people and has a bathroom with a shower. Book Villa Antica for your relaxing vacation! Villa Antica is located in a suburb of the ancient town of Rovinj, one of the most beautiful and romantic towns in Croatia. It is only a few minutes' walk from Polari beach and a few minutes' drive from the town center. In the center, you can explore the old network of stone streets that lead to the top of the hill where the beautiful old church of St. Euphemia is located. From the top of the church tower, you can enjoy the view that stretches across the entire city and leaves no one indifferent. From the center you can walk towards the Zlatni Rt park forest, one of the most beautiful landscapes in western Istria. Don't miss a trip to the Lim Channel, one of the most attractive natural resources in western Istria, located just 15 kilometers outside of Rovinj.

Ein tolles Haus mit viel Privatsphäre. Sauber, gepflegt, mit großem Pool und Grundstück. Lage top, nahe zum Meer, zu gastronomischen Einrichtungen und in die Altstadt von Rovinj Besonders hervorzuheben ist für uns die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft unserer Gastgeberin. Alles in allem haben wir uns mit unserem Hund rundherum wohl gefühlt.
