South-facing house, of about 110 m2 with its 3 air-conditioned bedrooms each with their own bathroom and cupboards (and WC for 2 bedrooms).
Superb sea view from the living room, dining room, kitchen and terrace. The first floor has been completely renovated and refurnished in 2025.
The exteriors were renovated in 2023 as well as the small swimming pool secured by a shutter (2m25 by 4m50 approximately).
Summer kitchen with plancha under a new pergola. Pretty Mediterranean garden of 700 m2.
1 private parking space in front of the house, no PRM access, a staircase to access the property.
Linen rental on prior request: 30€/person/week to be paid on site at the entrance of the premises.
Exit cleaning is mandatory: €140 to be paid on site at the entrance of the premises.
