Place was centrally located. Brought my mom and aunt, access is not very good for elderly but didn't pay attention when I booked it, was very comfortable and clean.

Property was tidy, towels for bath and kitchen need to be replaced thread bare.1.5 km to beach access.

Communication and check in was great!High ceilings made it feel less like a basement suite. All towels had a mildew smell and no bed sheets on beds just comforter. Limited kitchen items - only coffee cups and wine glasses. No extra garbage bags or info on where garbage should go. Was mostly clean. The listing stated there were two parking spots on the driveway but there was a trailer parked in one of the spots.Violin was practiced daily by tenants above.
