This apartment is on the first floor and located in the heart of Venice; it enjoys an extraordinary central location, just a 3-minute walk from St. Mark’s Square, the Correr Museum, the Doge’s Palace, and Via Larga XXII Marzo—with its array of major brands—and Calle Vallaresso, which is home to Tiffany, Missoni, Etro, Cavalli, etc., as well as the famous Harry’s Bar restaurant.

It is 100 meters from the public water buses on Calle Vallaresso. This 57-square-meter apartment, with its own entrance, has been recently renovated and consists of: 2 double bedrooms, both equipped with HD SMART TVs, elegantly furnished with 190x200 beds and complete with all amenities; a dining room; and a bright kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and toaster. It also features free Wi-Fi, independent heating and air conditioning, a washing machine, a dryer, an iron, a safe, and mosquito nets on all windows.

Upon request, we can also provide a travel crib for younger guests. Bed linens and towels are included for the entire duration of your stay.

HEATING: The central heating system is activated in the apartments, in accordance with Italian laws in the province of Venice, from October 15 through April 15. Air conditioning is available from April 15 through October 10. These regulations are enforced by the City of Venice and must be followed by all residents and visitors alike.

We kindly ask you to provide us with your arrival details no later than two days before your check-in date (train, plane, car) so that we can give you complete instructions and arrange for your check-in.

- From the train station or parking lot: about one hour by public transportation

PLEASE NOTE BEFORE BOOKING:
- A signed rental agreement is required, as mandated by Italian law
- The number of guests staying in the apartment must NOT exceed 4

CHECK-IN:
- Our staff will welcome you at the apartment by appointment, between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
- Requests for late check-in (from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM) must be arranged at the time of booking; we may accommodate them if possible, and they are subject to an additional fee. Requests made on the day of arrival will not be considered, as they do not allow us to adequately organize the service.
- Self-check-in and unattended key pickup are not permitted.

If you wish to arrive before 3:00 PM and leave your luggage, this is possible, but you must request it in advance at the time of your reservation to schedule a pickup based on your exact arrival details.



A city tax of 4 euros per person per day is required by the city of Venice from every guest and must be paid in cash upon check-in.

We require a refundable damage deposit of 150 euros via preauthorization on your credit card, which we will release upon checkout.
