The house is located 200m walk from the center of Malauçéne in a quiet area. Close to all amenities as well as a Spa center.
You can enjoy the natural freshness inside the house.
The water basin in the garden, where the natural water of the Groseau flows.
Your pet is welcome, the garden is enclosed.
On the first floor: small kitchen, dining area, living room, bathroom with shower, sink, w.c.

1st floor: 1 bedroom, double bed 140/200
