From the swimming pool, be captivated by breathtaking panoramic views of the Lauragais plains and the Pyrenees mountain range. The magnificent wooded park, with its centuries-old trees, shaded pathways, and striking Roman amphitheater, creates a verdant and peaceful setting, particularly pleasant in summer. Enjoy your large private terrace for al fresco dining while the children play on the swing set, slide, and in their playhouse. The thick walls of this historic home help maintain a pleasant coolness inside. Inside: on the ground floor, entrance hall, kitchen, living room, separate WC, and a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) (piano and desk). Upstairs, there are three additional bedrooms (two single beds, one single bed and a pull-out bed, and one double bed, each with an en-suite shower room/WC), as well as a bathroom. In total, there are four bedrooms and five beds, with central gas heating. The swimming pool: an in-ground pool measuring 12 x 4 meters, it is shared with the occupants of the second gîte and is open from June to September, weather permitting. An ideal location for exploring the region: just 23 km from Toulouse, 30 km from Revel and Lake Saint-Ferréol, and approximately 80 km from Albi and Carcassonne, the gîte is a perfect base for exploring the Pays de Cocagne, the Canal du Midi, and the treasures of the Lauragais region.
