Welcome to the Maison des 3 Chouettes! A perfectly renovated Comminge house, a quiet vacation by the submerged solid wood swimming pool. Enjoy bike rides in these rolling little Pyrenees, and wild games of ping-pong or pétanque. Carole, the owner, has given this place a second life and offers you a neat and modern decoration, respectful of the heritage left (beams and exposed stones). An eco-responsible touch is felt in this house since the water is heated using thermodynamics and the waste water is naturally treated with hazelnut shells. The Garonne River is 6km away (fishing and cycling), Saint-Martory is 10km away (remarkable market, restaurants and shops), Saint-Gaudens is 15km away (cinema, tourist office, train station...) as is Aurignac (Aurignacian Museum), Salies-du-Salat is 20km away (thermal baths and Casino). You are also less than 30 minutes by car from: Montréjeau (swimming lake and golf), the Arboretum de Cardeilhac forest, the Gallo-Roman village of Montmaurin, the Gorges de la Save (swimming), Aspet (caving) and Saint-Girons (department of Ariège). Toulouse and Spain are less than 1 hour away. Gîte on 2 levels, 4 bedrooms - 8 beds: - On the ground floor: entrance, "Normandy" bedroom, living room, laundry room, separate toilet, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. - On the first floor, on the right of the house, the 3 Chouettes suite, equipped with air conditioning, with the possibility of a 3rd bed 90x200 (supplement of 20€); and on the left of the house, "Aquitaine" and "Pyrénées" bedrooms - Each bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds 80*200cm, which can be twinned into 1 double bed 160cm, a desk, a dressing room, a bathroom with walk-in shower, and a private toilet
