About this apartment rental
Our bright one-room apartment is approximately 35 square meters in size and consists of a spacious living room with a dining area, a sitting area, a fixed bed (160x200), a separate kitchen, a hallway, and a bathroom with a shower.
The apartment features modern and stylish furnishings. In addition to the new kitchenette, which includes a ceramic cooktop and microwave, amenities also include a flat-screen TV (43 inches) and a Blu-ray/DVD player. A Nespresso machine is available for coffee lovers.
In addition, a private parking space is available right in front of the house.
A well-behaved dog is also a welcome guest (additional fee).
Both vacation apartments are non-smoking.

Our small apartment is located on the first floor of our semi-detached house on a very quiet Ringstrasse with little traffic. Our small neighborhood borders directly on the Tinnum Salzwiesen Nature Reserve, making it ideal for walkers, joggers, and cyclists. So nothing should stand in the way of a stroll along the surrounding fields and hiking trails, as well as to Tinnum Castle (0.5 km) or the beach (1.2 km).
