Welcome to Bella Maïoun.
Nestled in the heart of the medieval village of Haut de Cagnes-Sur-Mer, this charming home has recently been renovated and tastefully decorated to offer you a comfortable and memorable stay in an exceptional historic setting.
Ideally located in a quiet spot on Place Grimaldi, facing the castle, the house is surrounded by cobblestone streets that are entirely pedestrian-only. You’ll be within walking distance (100 meters) of numerous restaurants and artists’ shops. You can also enjoy the many cultural and tourist attractions of the French Riviera, including the famous Maeght Foundation and Renoir Museum.
The house is arranged over three living levels.
On the first floor, you’ll find a spacious and comfortable living room that opens onto a fully equipped kitchen.
On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and an adjoining bathroom with a toilet. You’ll also find a study and a reading nook.
The top floor features a spacious suite with a TV lounge and a large bathroom. This suite also has a balcony offering breathtaking views of the village and a glimpse of the sea at Cap d’Antibes.
This house is perfect for accommodating 4 people (ideally two couples). You can stroll through the village streets, visit historic sites, sample local specialties, and relax on the terrace while admiring the panoramic view of the surrounding hills.

The house is in an old village at the top of the mountain next to a pretty old castle. There is a nice village square with two restaurants, a beautiful view and a pétanque court. The village itself is worth exploring on foot in one afternoon. This is a good location to visit Antibes, Nice, Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, St Paul de Vence, Toirettes sur Loup, Monaco, Menton or even go to Ventimiglia in Italy for a huge Friday clothing market. This is what we did during our 10 day stay. It was mid of November with nice weather and we also managed to swim a couple of times in the sea. Our hosts were very accommodating with our very late check-in and offered us a late check-out since there were no guest arriving that day. After we left we realized that we left a small pouch and our host Adeline found it and arranged shipping it to us.

The house was exactly as shown in the pictures. Very clean, beautifully decorated and well outfitted. The Haute de Cagnes area of Cagnes Sur Mer is extremely charming and very clean. It is high up which makes for beautiful views, if a bit of a climb to get there. The parking ‘garage’ is genius as it is difficult to park in the area immediate to the house. The shuttle into the main town works very well and makes it easy to get to the grocery store and boulangerie. Adelina was very helpful and answered all my texts very quickly when I had questions.

Beautiful, well equipped home on the top of haut de cagnes , a very friendly and welcoming town with a handful of good restaurants only steps away. The host is extremely nice and receptive. After hearing of my wife's down feather allergy, she went out of her way to purchase hypoallergenic pillows for our arrival. Paid parking for our car rental was a plus. This was the perfect 'home base' for our vacation to the French Riveria! We will not hesitate to return if given the opportunity!
