A modern 4-story townhouse located in Alicante’s Old Town, in the Santa Cruz neighborhood, featuring a spacious terrace with a barbecue and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, as well as views of Santa Bárbara Castle and Calle Toledo. Located an 8-minute walk from Postiguet Beach and the Port of Alicante, a 6-minute walk from the Central Market, and a 1-minute walk from Plaza del Carmen
A quiet area yet close to the bars, restaurants, entertainment, and cultural attractions that the city of Alicante has to offer.
The house features a spacious, fully equipped kitchen and a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom on the first floor. As you go up, you’ll find another double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. On the second floor, there’s a small lounge area with a sofa—perfect for reading for a while—and right next to it, the last bedroom with an en suite half-bath.
Finally, there’s a spacious terrace with a kitchenette and a barbecue. It has two small tables for lunch or dinner and a sofa area for relaxing.

The historic Santa Cruz neighborhood is a very quiet and beautiful area with its narrow streets, white facades, and flower-filled balconies. By walking through this neighborhood, you can head up to Santa Barbara Castle.
The best way to get around downtown Alicante and Postiguet Beach is on foot, but there are bus and taxi services very close to the accommodation.
The apartment has air conditioning in the kitchen and in two of the bedrooms. The other bedroom has a ceiling fan.
It also has a refrigerator/wine cooler in the kitchen.

2. Respect for others and quiet: We ask our guests to keep noise to a minimum. During the day (8:00 AM to 9:00 PM), the maximum permitted noise level is 40 decibels. At night (9:00 PM to 8:00 AM), this limit drops to 30 decibels to ensure everyone gets a good night’s rest.
3. No Pets Allowed: Although we love animals, for reasons of cleanliness and allergies, we cannot allow pets in the property.
4. Smoke-Free Space: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. This includes balconies and terraces. We appreciate your understanding.
5. Registered guests only: To comply with local regulations and for safety reasons, only the people included in the reservation may stay at the property. Visitors or additional guests are not permitted.
6. Mandatory Registration: According to current regulations, all guests over the age of 14 must complete an online check-in form with their identification information for the Civil Guard’s guest registration service. This process is quick, and we’ll provide you with the necessary information after you make your reservation.
