About this apartment rental
A fully renovated apartment located on the first floor of a mid-20th-century bourgeois building in a residential neighborhood, 400 meters from the historic center of Lucca—an easy 5-minute walk away.
The apartment is large and spacious, with high ceilings and large windows that make it bright and airy. A large hallway leads to all the other rooms, including two large bedrooms with queen-size beds. One is modern in style, while the other is Venetian-style with hand-painted furniture and a sleeper chair. The third bedroom, also Venetian-style with hand-painted furniture, is smaller and features a single bed. There is a spacious living room where you can relax on a very comfortable sleeper sofa and watch TV. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with an extendable table (adjustable as needed), a dishwasher, oven, gas stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, espresso machine, and a refrigerator with a freezer. The kitchen opens directly onto a spacious, livable terrace—the true gem of the apartment—where you can dine, have breakfast, and enjoy pleasant conversations. On the terrace, there is a small laundry area with a washing machine. The bathroom is equipped with all the amenities and features a shower stall illuminated by a large window.
