About this apartment rental
(55 m²) has a separate bedroom (with a double bed) and a bathroom with a toilet, as well as a large living room with 1 sofa bed (approximately 150 x 200 cm).
There is a table with chairs in front of the apartment. There is also a rooftop terrace with tables, chairs, and lounge chairs. From the terrace, you can see the sea, the harbor, and the surrounding area. Beautiful terrace: “Vodice in the Palm of Your Hand.”
Kitchens in all apartments are equipped with basic cooking utensils. Oven, refrigerator, and freezer, stove, etc.
The nearest parking lot is about 50 meters from the house; a bit farther (150 meters) you can also park on our private property.
Bedding, towels, final cleaning, and other utilities (electricity, Wi-Fi, etc.), as well as a compilation of personalized tips in German (events, excursion suggestions, activities, beaches… etc.) tailored to guests’ preferences and interests, are included.
The apartment is air-conditioned, but the thick stone walls also help maintain a pleasant indoor climate.
The building was originally constructed in the traditional style, and each apartment has only a small terrace by the entrance.
Guests often say that during the summer heat, the best way to cool off is either by the sea or in the shade of the house.
The lifestyle here is very Mediterranean and laid-back...
