An apartment perfect for families and friends, right in the heart of Murcia, next to countless top-notch restaurants and bars—you’re sure to love it.

. The apartment is approximately 60 m² and features 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, a living room, a kitchen, and a light-filled courtyard. It’s on the first floor but is quite soundproof since it’s been completely renovated. There’s a secure parking spot 500 meters away—reservations are required at 15 €/day—and it’s ideal for staying several days since you’ll have all the amenities (toaster, frying pans, washing machine, dryer, cooking utensils, clothesline, hair dryer, iron), and let’s not forget the two folding bicycles available to our guests.
We live very close to the apartment, so if you need our help at any time, we’ll be available. We have a parking space in a 24-hour secure public parking lot 300 meters from the apartment, which requires a reservation at a cost of 15€/day.
The apartment is just a few meters from all amenities, including pharmacies, supermarkets, a health center, a hospital, shops, restaurants, and more.
Since it’s right next to the university, there are bus and tram stops very close by, and the airport is 25 minutes away.
