Its convenient location offers you the ideal starting point for cycling, hiking, and skiing (even without a car) in both summer and winter. The apartment features a large bathroom with a barrier-free shower and an infrared sauna, as well as a fully equipped kitchen-living room with a dishwasher, a bedroom, and a living room.

Starting Christmas 2024, you can rent my second family apartment, “Schneerose”—specifically, Apartment No. 9 on the first floor of Haus Resi —this three-room apartment, fully equipped with underfloor heating and measuring 75 m², offers space for two adults and two children, and, upon request, even a four-legged friend! This modern and spacious apartment with a balcony that gets morning sun has a separate entrance, and all linens are provided; high chairs and travel cribs are also available! Of course, the included amenities apply here as well, such as “free admission” to the outdoor pool and “free rides” on the Benzeck lifts!

It consists of a master bedroom and a children’s bedroom, a large bathroom, a spacious living room with a couch and a dining area with chairs, an adjoining kitchen, and a spacious balcony!
Reit im Winkl, a climatic health resort According to Wikipedia, the designation “climatic health resort” is awarded to “locations whose air and climate, according to an expert assessment, possess characteristics that are beneficial for recreation and health.” Reit im Winkl was designated a climatic health resort in 1956 and has consistently met the criteria for this designation through its ongoing efforts ever since. One key factor is its high elevation, which ensures that summer heat is moderate and nights remain pleasantly cool. The town is surrounded by extensive mountain forests of the Chiemgau Alps and, in terms of its general climate, belongs to the “Bavarian Alps” climate region. The character of the weather is decisively determined by the local conditions—that is, by the influence of the mountain ranges and valleys on weather patterns. In addition to the natural conditions that ensure good air quality, we actively work to preserve the fresh mountain air by utilizing natural heat sources and providing ample bus service.
