This chalet consists of two apartments, you can rent both for a capacity of 12 people or individually for 6
From the chalet you can walk to Chamonix via the greenway via the Lac des Gaillands and many other walks.
Close to the slopes of the resort of Houches, ideal for children.
Free parking for two cars.
Holidays with family or friends, you will have a pleasant stay, that's for sure.
The chalet is very well equipped and we are at your disposal for any special request.
It is composed of three bedrooms
- a master suite on the first floor, bathroom and separate toilet.

- on the 2nd floor two attic bedrooms, one of which has a balcony,
1 bed 160 X 200
2 beds 90X 200
Possibility of adding an additional bed such as a chair.
On the 1st floor large bright living room with kitchen, pantry, dining room and living room.

Balcony terrace.
In the 2nd shower room with WC.
Ski room on the first floor at the entrance.
On request we can provide you with a cot and a baby chair.
Cleaning fee of 250 euros extra.
Tourist taxes to be paid on arrival.

Sylvie and Pierre were fantastic hosts we would love to stay in their property again. Nothing was too much trouble, they were welcoming and gave us lots of good ideas for ski areas and transport options.
