About this house rental
This property is a 15-minute walk from the beach and a 7-minute walk from the town center.
The bungalow is 750 m from the shore of Lake Wörthersee and 15 km from Klagenfurt.
The property features a terrace with a garden, satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a dining area, a living room, and a private bathroom with a bathtub (with shower), a hair dryer, and a washing machine.
No celebrations or parties allowed. No GTI drivers!!!
The property
Our cozy, very quiet vacation home is located above the center of Pörtschach. You drive right up to the house and reach the entrance via 5 steps. You’ll enjoy a beautiful view of Pörtschach and the mountains.
It is fully equipped and accommodates up to six people: living/sleeping area, two separate bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, bathroom, toilet, terrace, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, satellite TV with Netflix, Wi-Fi (free of charge).
The vacation home features a 160 cm wide double bed and two cozy pull-out sofa beds.
It also has a bathroom with a shower/tub combination and a hair dryer, as well as a separate toilet.
The kitchen is separated from the dining room by an open passageway and is equipped with a microwave, a stove with a ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster.
The vacation home is equipped with a TV. There is Wi-Fi and satellite TV with Netflix.
Bedding, table linens, and toiletries are provided free of charge.
The lake and town center are just a few minutes’ walk away—leave the car behind.
Guest access
There are two terraces: one in front of the living room, furnished with patio furniture, an awning, and a parasol, and another small terrace in front of the bedroom. There is also a small garden with an apple tree and a pear tree.
Apples and pears—when in season—are welcome to be picked.
