About this house rental
Would you like to explore inland Brittany? Ty Gwenn, a large, newly renovated family home, is the ideal starting point for many excursions.
Located in the center of the small Breton village of Maël Carhaix (shops and services within walking distance: convenience store, bakery, bank, pharmacy, post office, and tobacco shop), the house has 3 free, secure parking spaces and is surrounded by a wooded park. It has four bedrooms (king-size, queen-size, two standard-size, and one single bed), two of which have TVs, as well as one bathroom, two separate toilets, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a TV, DVD player, and sound system, and a large dining room. A lovely outdoor terrace with garden furniture and a grill allows you to enjoy meals and barbecues outdoors. The house is equipped with Wi-Fi. Our four-legged friends are welcome. We do not allow parties or events.
This is our first season, so please feel free to share any suggestions to help us improve your stay.
We provide: Kitchen and Hygiene Starter Kit (sponge, dish soap, soap, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, salt, pepper, initial Tassimo pods, etc....) Linen Kit (dish towels / oven mitts / tablecloths / bath mats / fitted sheets for each mattress + 1 spare / comforter and pillows).
Board games and books are also available.
Due to the pandemic: please be sure to bring your own duvet covers and pillowcases, as well as bath towels and table linens.
