House full of charm, 150 m from the beach, completely renovated in 2015-2016. 8 people, 4 rooms among which 2 with room of privatory water, 1 big room of water, 1 toilet-separated. fully equipped kitchen open to a large living room with bar overlooking the heated pool of 8 x 4 m. Sun loungers - garden furniture. fenced with barbecue, parking. sandy beach 150 m. All shops and restaurants nearby.

Brilliant place to stay. The house is spacious and nicely decorated throughout. Clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Outdoor eating areas on all sides was great and swimming pool a perfect temperature on hot July days. The hosts communicated quickly before we arrived and Jerome, who met us to the villa, was friendly and welcoming. We didn’t need any help with the villa when we were there but we knew how to contact him if we needed anything. Teenagers really enjoyed ping pong table! The welcome bottle of rose wine was delicious too! Thanks for a great stay.

A great 4 bedroomed house. Lots of space and very comfortable. The family who own the villa were fabulous and communication quick and easy. The kitchen has everything you need and is very modern. The house is cooled by Dyson type fans in each bedroom. The bathrooms and showers are great.Outside there us lots of space.The pool is excellent as are the outside facilities. The nearby beach fabulous. 15 mins from Beziers airport. We would recommend hiring a car which wasnt expensive and an easy process. We had a very good week.

Perfect place to stay with friends or family. Nicely furnished, spacious house with pool close to the beach. Lovely and helpful hosts. We enjoyed very much our stay!

Very well equipped kitchen, big woodfire grill, everything seems very newly renovated. Very clean. Short walk to lovely beach. Not air conditioned but fans in the bedrooms. Loud traffic at times but didn't bother us much. Would book again!
