Come and discover our rental property in the heart of nature at 1600m altitude in Espiaube. Completely renovated with a cozy feel, this 85m² barn comprises a large living room with a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen, and upstairs, two bedrooms: one bedroom with four beds (two 140cm wide) and one bedroom with two beds (one 160cm wide and one 90cm wide) for a child. You will have access to an outdoor area, which is not fenced as it is a grazing zone. A large entrance hall with coat hooks and ski racks for storing all your ski equipment. Ample storage space. Ideal for 6 people or 7 with 1 child. This place is ideal for mountain lovers, skiers, hikers, and nature enthusiasts, or simply for relaxing by the fire or on a deckchair facing the mountains. You can contemplate the mountain and the fir forest in peace and quiet. The barn is very easily accessible in winter. 7 minutes from the village of Saint-Lary (walks, shops, restaurants, Sensoria, cinema, market, etc.) and 2 minutes from the Espiaube ski resort parking lot and the Portet gondola lifts for access to the ski slopes. Over 100 km of ski area connecting Espiaube to Pla d'Adet. All levels welcome. Ski school available. Equipment rental and packages available on site. PGJyPg Snowshoeing and ski touring.
