The house is a stone's throw from the charming port of Portsall and its shops: cafes, bakery, restaurants, fishmonger, pharmacy, mini-market...
Several white sandy beaches are within walking distance, the first is 400m away and many water activities are possible nearby: sailing, kayaking, surfing, diving, longe côte, etc...
Walkers will find the Sentier des Douaniers (GR34) a few steps away.
The 130m2 house offers all the comforts of a recent house and can comfortably accommodate 6 people, you will find:
On the garden level:
- A bright living space of 50 m2 with open kitchen and overlooking the large wooden terrace and the garden.
- A bedroom with a 160x200 bed.
- A bathroom with walk-in shower.
- A laundry room (washing machine, dryer).
- A toilet.
Upstairs:
- A bedroom with a 160x200 bed.
- A bedroom with two 100x200 beds.
- A large separate office.
- A bathroom with double sink and bathtub, separate toilet.
- A toilet.
All bedrooms are equipped with fitted wardrobes and wardrobes.

The place looks exactly like it is advertised. A very comfortable and modern place to stay. We were very friendly welcomed. There not that much to say. The house is very well equipped also in the kitchen. There is a large garden covered with grass (for the visitors with children). We only used the ground floor as we rented it for 2 people only. There is so much glass that you have to close the electric shutters in order to keep the heat out. Close to the waterfront and a great starting point for some bicking. All in all really top place to stay.
