About this villa rental
Contemporary villa of 170m2 in a sought-after area of Calvi, 2.5 km from the shops and the beach.
Out of sight, in a quiet and flowery environment, you will also be protected from the heat due to its design and orientation. Air conditioning is available in all rooms.
It benefits from an unobstructed view of the citadel and the sea upstairs, as well as a beautiful mosaic swimming pool. It is private and secured for children by a glass barrier and can be heated on request in mid-season.

- 4 large bedrooms (sleeps 10), 2 contemporary bathrooms. Fully equipped for babies (bed, bath, high chair, potty).
- Garden of 1300m2. 2 terraces

- ATTENTION, sheets are not included in the price. Possibility to rent them with towels (in addition, 23€ per pers. per week for single kits and 38€ for double kits. Possibility to take the complete house with installation of sheets for 240€/week. Please specify the number of kits per message).
A renovation of the appliances, furniture and garden areas was done in 2022 and a new management team began the same year.
We live in the house part of the year and it offers all the services of a main residence.

We absolutely loved this villa and are already hoping to return for a longer stay next year. It's immaculately fitted out and brilliantly equipped for a self-catering stay, with a lovely (and well childproofed) pool which we had a great time playing in with the kids.
All the bedrooms are clean and airy, and the upper floor terrace gives a fantastic view of the sunrise over Calvi for early risers.
We're very grateful for the opportunity to have stayed here, and already looking forward to next year!
