About this house rental
In the heart of the city center of Étretat and in a quiet area, we offer you a house with private garden a few steps from the sea and the famous cliffs of Étretat.
You have a free parking space.
Bed linen and towels are not included in the price of the reservation, it is possible to book them with the Conciergerie des Falaises.
The large bed is at the rate of 20 euros with a towel per person.
The cot is 11 euros with a towel per person.
The large towel is priced at 2.50 euros, the small towel 1.50 euros.
The house is part of a property consisting of two independent dwellings (the house and an F2).
It comprises two levels. On the first floor, a living space including a living room, a TV area, a dining room and a kitchen, upstairs three bedrooms, two of which are adjoining, a bathroom and the toilet including a shower.
You will arrive through a common driveway with the second accommodation where you can park your car (This parking is shared with the second accommodation). The space is tight and not suitable for large vehicles (van and other vehicles of the same category not possible). Then you access the private garden dedicated to the house through a gate. Then you will find the front door of the house where you will have access to all the rooms.

We had such a wonderful stay! The house was clean and had plenty of space. The bedroom situation worked great for our family. The location is amazing. Less than a block from the square, three blocks from the coastline. The shops and restaurants are all right there. It was just such a wonderful place for our family. I’m so glad we chose to stay here.The convenience of having reserved parking cannot be understated.

Before deciding on booking this house you should be aware of a few things: First, there is some serious smell (could be old furniture, wet dog, humid atmosphere induced). Despite buying several perfume stones from the lady a few streets away, this does not go away (but used to it shockingly). Second, there is a hill in the floor that makes you trip - no idea why). Third, the service, communication with agency was not ideal: we had no wifi and TV (this was only solved by providing access to other wifi box, TV still did not work and that was during olympics), there was dirty water in the dishwashers and dirty and wet dishes in the cupboard (maybe also responsible for smell) that the concierge just blamed on the previous guest. Also the fridge and table cloth was dirty and we had to hand-wash dishes for one week. Fourth, the parking lot. Great to have it but it is two cars next to each other with hardly any space to squeeze through (every time you leave the house). You will not move your car a second time during your stay! Why still give three stars. If you don‘t mind the smell, if you are lucky with wifi and cleanliness, you can have a super nice stay in beautiful garden very close to beach! PS: don‘t sit on the outdoor chairs after the rain, they appear to be dry but will make your trousers wet!
