About this apartment rental
Charming studio apartment (19 m², no view, fully renovated in July 2022) with all modern amenities, located in Port Marina Baie des Anges, a legendary residence listed as a World Heritage Site for 20th-century architecture. Located near Antibes (2 km from Marineland), equidistant from Nice and Cannes.
Enjoy the on-site restaurants and shops, and relax on the pebble or sandy beaches at Thalassoleil (spa).
Nearby activities: jet skiing, scuba diving, boat and bike rides, children’s parks “Village des Fous” and “Bois des Lutins,” escape rooms, laser tag…

Fully renovated in July 2022. Close to the DUCAL building reception desk.
Living area with a double bed, a fold-out single bed, a fold-down table for 4 people, an armchair, a Smart TV, an air conditioner (pending approval to install a reversible air conditioning system after the summer), a ceiling fan, and a large closet with hanging space.
Nice kitchenette with all the utensils you need to prepare your meals, a 2-burner induction cooktop, and a microwave.
Shower room with a touch of green in keeping with the studio’s theme, featured in the vanity unit, shower, toilet, and handheld showerhead.
This studio is located at the end of the hallway. There are no immediate neighbors to its right. The three studios to its left belong to us and are also available for short-term rental.
Upon prior request, we welcome families of three (a couple and children) traveling with a toddler up to 2 years old who will share the double bed.
