Moving further into the house there is another lounge with another open fireplace leading into the breakfast room with tables and chairs and open to the large modern, well equipped kitchen with windows looking out to the pool and gardens. Off the breakfast room is the good sized utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, with an enclosed area for outdoor clothes drying.
