The living room offers a warm atmosphere with two double sofa beds, a television, and a cozy dining area, ideal for relaxing after a day in Paris.
The open-plan kitchen is modern and functional, equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, and Nespresso machine for your coffee breaks.
The apartment has three comfortable bedrooms, designed to offer peace and well-being. Each is equipped with quality bedding, ensuring restful nights and a pleasant stay.
There are two bathrooms at your disposal: one with a bathtub, the other with a shower, both equipped with shower gel, shampoo, and a hairdryer. The toilets are divided between a bathroom and a separate toilet.
In terms of amenities, you will have access to a washing machine, dishwasher, iron, and ironing board. Bed linen and towels are provided for each guest.

* The apartment is not air-conditioned. During summer heatwaves it can get very hot, including at night: guests who are sensitive to heat may find it hard to sleep.
* The apartment is on the 2nd floor with no lift and is reached by a narrow spiral staircase. Carrying luggage up takes some effort: it is not suitable for elderly guests or people with reduced mobility.
* The second bathroom, with a shower, is very small and its shower is narrow. For a large group, sharing the two bathrooms takes some organisation.
We prefer to mention this so that every guest can book with full knowledge. You will have 100 m² (1,076 sq ft), quiet once the door is closed, a few minutes' walk from Place de la Bastille and close to Ledru-Rollin and Bastille metro stations, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a dishwasher and a washing machine.
The apartment is entirely at your disposal, you have access to the whole apartment.
Arrival is autonomous thanks to a 24/7 arrival guide.
However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided. This will ensure trouble-free access to the property and avoid any inconvenience during check-in. Please note that after 11pm, we will not be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding on the part of the guide.
