The apartment, with a view of the Lungarno, is located in a central area, just a 10-minute walk from points of interest such as Piazza dei Cavalieri, Piazza dei Miracoli—home to the famous tower—and Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II.

Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax owed to the City of Pisa, which is €2.50 per person per night.

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

ESummer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which heating may be used and the daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
