It's all about location (walk everywhere)! Enjoy this recently renovated (mini split AC units in all rooms) first floor unit in downtown Newport. Park your car (2 cars tandem) and walk to everything. Enjoy the shops, restaurants and seasonal events during your peaceful stay. The unit is fully furnished with all the amenities you will need including an eat-in kitchen, linens, towels, utensils and a fully functional kitchen. The unit consists of a master bedroom with a queen size bed, a bedroom with a full-size bed and a living room futon. No Cleaning Fee!

John was an outstanding host. From our very first correspondence, he made us feel genuinely welcome and was friendly, responsive and accommodating throughout our stay.The property is in an excellent location, just a short walk from all the attractions, restaurants, and shops along Thames Street that make Newport so enjoyable during the summer. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped with everything we needed, making it easy to prepare meals when we wanted to.The off-street parking was a huge bonus, especially given that overnight parking in the area can easily cost 60 or more. The flexibility of the futon also worked perfectly for our family, allowing my wife, our two sons, and me to stay comfortably together.Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. John deserves 11 out of 10 for his hospitality and friendliness. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Newport.

We had a great stay at this apartment. It was very clean and the perfect amount of space. We enjoyed the patio area as well. The location is great but the street itself is still quiet. John was very easy to communicate with and even equipped us with a wealth of info on the surrounding area and things to do. I would definitely recommend this rental!
