About this apartment rental
Cocoonr is offering this charming, light-filled, fully equipped and functional flat for rent in Saint-Brieuc. It measures 74 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Situated on the 14th floor (with a lift), it comprises a lovely 18 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms and a bathroom. Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- An 18 m² living room with TV, sofa, armchairs, etc.
- A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, Senseo coffee machine, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160×200) and access to the balcony
- Bedroom 2: with a king-size bed (180×200) and access to the balcony
- A relaxation room featuring a double spa bath with adjustable massage jet settings and a lovely view (capacity: one bath per day). Available until 9.30 pm.
- A shower room with shower and vanity unit
- A separate toilet
The flat is ideally situated in Saint-Brieuc, 400 m from the town centre, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market and more…
Activities:
- Explore the little harbour of Le Légué, a 5-minute drive away.
- Rosaires Beach, 8 minutes away, with its bay designated a nature reserve, and the Langueux sandbanks,
- For hikers, the GR 34 will enchant you with its wild coastline and the sea.
Transport:
- By car: you can park for free near the accommodation in the public car park.
- Nearest railway station: Saint-Brieuc station, 8 minutes’ drive away
- Nearest airport: Rennes Bretagne Airport, 1 hour 14 minutes by car

Great view over the city; easy to find parking

La Vigie "Overall a very good stay. The view is amazing, and the balneo is very nice. I would definitely recommend the place.
However, just a minus. The door lock is extremely difficult to get into. No matter what we did it would take a few minutes to wiggle it open. It really needs to be fixed."
