Perfect place for a stay in Birmingham, quiet and good cafes bars and restaurants nearby.

Good location Quiet for sleeping Good tram link and easy walk to town or arena Very helpful hosts

I liked it very much. I wouldn’t have liked it so much on my own as no people around, so might be a bit unnerving for solo work trip.

Great apartment, great stay

It is in a quiet location but only minutes away from some fabulous bars and restaurants. The apartment is very clean and modern with everything you need for a short stay.

It is advertised as having air conditioning- it has an air vac system which did help keep it cooler during our stay mid heatwave but is not as effective as full A/C. However fans are in the apartment to supplement this so it was ok
