What a wonderful surprise Fritto Misto Comune Accomodation Via Ramelli 76 is in the historic centre, with the railway station is only about 750 m away.
Our host and owner Sara is outstanding, being attentive and welcoming. We were looked after like Royalty!
The accommodation, although not air-conditioned has several fans and is elevated which allows cool airflow in the evenings. It is well optioned with a washing machine, oven, hotplate, refrigerator and modern bathroom facilities.
Access to the old-town is just a stones throw away through rustic and romantic streets.
There are plenty of dinning options close-by tucked away in Fabriano’s old buildings.
A final word … Sara’s welcoming touches such a wine, beer and nibbles were much appreciated.
The cobbled and sometimes uneven streets are to be respected … no-one wants a sprained ankle on holidays. A further “beware” … the back streets are narrow and cars don’t slow down!!

This is not a cookie-cutter hotel or a generic Airbnb. It’s a place with soul.
The apartments have been lovingly and carefully restored by Sara, who has clearly poured her heart into preserving the character of the space. The result is a stunning blend of historical detail and vintage flair — terrazzo floors, period furnishings, soft lighting, and thoughtful touches at every corner. Every piece feels intentional, telling a story of the building’s past while offering all the comforts of modern living.
