The accommodation, surrounded by greenery, is located in Selva di Fasano, a quiet and lush hillside hamlet in the municipality of the same name, 4 km from the center of Fasano and a 5-minute drive from the renowned Zoosafari. The sea and the wonderful beaches of Savelletri are less than a 20-minute drive away!



The 47-square-meter accommodations are located on the first floor of a trullo, with a separate entrance from the garden (1 step to enter) and is laid out as follows:



- Kitchenette equipped with an induction cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, and conventional oven

- Living area with dining table, armchairs, A/C fan coil, and smart TV

- Bedroom with a double bed, open closet, and A/C fan coil

- Small relaxation room with sofas

- Bathroom with toilet, bidet, whirlpool tub, and shower stall.



Additional amenities available to guests: beach umbrella, small table, and 2 chairs at the entrance to the accommodation, UNLIMITED WIFI, fan-coil heating, safe, clothes rack, iron, and ironing board.

The garden, shared with the entire villa and other guests, is equipped with:

- An outdoor pool open from April to October (three steps to access it), equipped with a hammock, lounge chairs, and umbrellas

- One uncovered parking space is available inside the gate, in the property’s parking lot

- The garden is under video surveillance for security reasons; therefore, please be aware that there are cameras in the common outdoor areas

- Upon arrival, you will be asked to pay a 50-euro cash deposit for the use of the keycard and towels

- Towels and bath towels may not be used outside the property

- The property is not suitable for children under 15 years of age.



7 days beforearrival, you will receive instructions on how to upload your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax due to the Municipality of Fasano.

In the summer, the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
