A lovingly restored and furnished, freestanding coach house with its own terrace and small garden area on a large property in an absolutely peaceful location. Your host lives in the other house. The first floor is where you’ll live and cook. An open fireplace is available for cozy moments. The unobstructed view of the garden and the “am Böttcherberg” nature reserve is truly special. Upstairs is the cozy bedroom, which can be darkened and offers an equally expansive view of the garden and forest. You’ll sleep in a high-quality SCHRAMM bed. The spacious bathroom features a freestanding tub (no shower) and plenty of storage. All rooms face south and are very bright. The open layout and the freestanding staircase create an extraordinary sense of space. A parking space is usually available right outside the door. Children are welcome, but due to the open staircase, the house is not suitable for toddlers. Thanks to its unique location in the heart of a World Heritage Site featuring three castles and their surrounding parks, joggers and cyclists will find paradise right on their doorstep. The Heiliger See, a popular swimming lake, is a 5-minute bike ride or a 15-minute walk away. The bus stop for buses heading toward Berlin and Potsdam is a 7-minute walk away. By car, it’s a 10-minute drive to downtown Potsdam and a 20-minute drive to Kurfürstendamm.
