The adjacent living area is furnished with an oak and leather corner sofa set, a TV, and a pellet stove, creating a relaxing atmosphere. Three cozy bedrooms feature two double beds, a bunk bed with a wide lower bunk, closets, dressers, reading lamps, and a TV in each room; one bedroom also has its own sink. The modern bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower, sink, toilet, and heated towel rack, complemented by a separate additional toilet. A storage room with a washer, dryer, clothes rack, and ironing supplies offers additional convenience. The terrace faces south and west and offers an unobstructed view of the Allgäu mountains; the adjacent garden is perfect for playing and relaxing. A garage serves as storage space for bicycles, sleds, and ski equipment. A ventilation system ensures a pleasant indoor climate throughout the house.
