Bright 35 sq m living/dining room with fully equipped kitchen (oven, induction hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, extractor hood, toaster, kettle, etc.), dining table, sofa, TV. A master bedroom with a queen-size bed and dressing room. Another bedroom with 4 beds (1 queen-size bed and 1 pull-out bed with the possibility of two additional beds). )

The surrounding area: Holidays punctuated by the beaches of Bretignolles-sur-Mer and Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie, just a short ten-minute drive away. Five markets a week. Les Sables-d'Olonne is 30 minutes away and Puy du Fou is 1 hour and 10 minutes away. Numerous cycle paths start from the house, allowing you to go wherever you wish. Lake Jaunay is 5 minutes away for lovely walks with family or friends. For fishing enthusiasts, the location is ideal. Not far from the house, you'll have a wide range of activities to choose from: canoeing, cycling, treetop adventure courses, paintball, horseback riding, etc. Arrivals from 4:00 PM (earlier arrival possible depending on availability) and departure by 10:00 AM at the latest.
