About this house rental
The COZY COTTAGE (formerly Haus Spreckelsen), with its fresh beach house style, is idyllically located near the Wenningstedt village pond.
Everything is bright and inviting, decorated in white and natural tones. Hardwood-look flooring throughout the house, a white kitchen, TerraStone walls in the bathrooms and kitchen, and two smart TVs. Recharge your batteries in the Physio-Therm infrared cabin (heat therapy—not a sauna!) or on the sunny south-facing terrace. The apartment includes a parking space. You may bring your dog upon request!

The cozy living area, decorated in a Nordic color scheme, offers all modern conveniences and invites you to relax and enjoy yourself.
Dining & Cooking
The separate kitchen-dining area is perfect for cooking and dining together. Adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen, which opens onto the living room, is an utility room with a washer and dryer.
Bedrooms
The COZY COTTAGE is perfect for 2–3 people (one double bedroom with a large box-spring bed and one single bedroom upstairs), but thanks to the comfortable 1.60m-wide leather sleeper sofa in the living room, it can also accommodate up to 5 people. The large bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV.
Bathroom
There is a shower room/toilet on the first floor. In addition, the upper floor features two bedrooms, a workspace, and a bathroom with a tub and toilet, complete with a window.
Balcony/Terrace
The small south-facing garden consists of two terrace levels and is completely overgrown and sheltered from the wind.
Garden furniture and two beach chairs invite you to relax.
Beach grass and a small sand dune complete the Sylt-style look.
