The accommodations are located at the Residence Borgo Alba Chiara in Toscolano Maderno. The complex and the accommodations were created during the restoration of an old 16th-century Renaissance building. During the restoration, great care was taken to preserve existing architectural elements, such as the brick and stone vaults and the stone balconies. Let yourself be enchanted by the charm of this property and enjoy a unique stay steeped in history and culture. The property is just a few minutes’ walk from the beautiful Lake Garda. In addition, the residence features a pool area with two pools, inviting both young and old to splash around together. Guests also have access to a coin-operated washing machine and dryer.
The 40-square-meter two-room apartment Bilo A2 can accommodate up to 4 people (including babies). The apartment features a bedroom equipped with a double bed. If needed, the sleeper sofa in the combined living and dining area provides two additional sleeping spots. Depending on the layout and apartment type, the accommodation may feature an open loft with a double bed in the attic instead of a separate bedroom. The well-equipped kitchenette in the living area includes an electric stove, dishes, silverware, pots, a drip coffee maker, a microwave, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The bathroom is equipped with a sink, a hair dryer, a toilet, and a shower. Some accommodations feature an outdoor area (balcony/terrace). Both invite you to relax and unwind together while the children let off steam on the playground and make new friends. Next to the playground is a barbecue area that can be used by all guests. So nothing stands in the way of a cozy barbecue evening. Travel time from the Italian border is approximately 2 hours. ARRIVAL DATE + LENGTH OF STAY
Please refer to the calendar for arrival and departure dates as well as the minimum length of stay for your desired season. Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, check-in on the following day is, of course, also possible (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early; in this case as well, departure on the previous day is possible. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking remain unchanged.
BEACH
The resort is located just a few minutes from the public pebble beach, so nothing stands in the way of a fun day at the beach with the family! A little further away, in Maderno, is the “Lido Azzuro.” It’s one of the few sandy beaches on the lake and requires an admission fee. It features beach umbrellas, a playground for children, and a diving platform. For guests traveling with their four-legged friends, there’s also a dog-friendly beach near the property called “Bau Beach.” It features a kiosk, umbrellas for the dogs, and a lifeguard who ensures the safety of all guests.
POOL
The residence features a compact pool area with a children’s pool where younger guests can play, as well as a pool with a whirlpool for experienced swimmers. Relax with a leisurely day by the pool and enjoy the wonderful view of the town and the lake. Free umbrellas and lounge chairs are available to guests.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
The resort appeals to families not only because of its proximity to the beach—a children’s pool and a small playground where little ones can let off steam are, of course, also a must! Families with small children also have the option of renting a set on-site consisting of a high chair, a crib, and a baby bathtub.
RECREATION AND SPORTS
