The interior layout is as follows:



- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (featuring an induction cooktop, refrigerator with freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, kitchen utensils, and wine glasses), dining table, TV, single sofa bed, and split A/C;

- BEDROOM I with a double bed and split A/C;

- BEDROOM II with two single beds (one of which is a pull-out bed);

- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, central heating, split-system air conditioning (one unit in the living room and one in the bedroom), washing machine, hair dryer, clothesline, iron, and ironing board.

In summer, the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

In winter, the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 20°C

Please note that check-ins after the specified time must be arranged directly with the property and are subject to the following surcharge:

- 21.00 - 23.00: €25.00;

- 23.00 - 24.00: €30.00;

- 24:00 - 01.30: €40.00.

- From Venice Airport, the most convenient way to reach the apartment is by taxi or car (122 km – 1 hour and 22 minutes).



- From Friuli Venezia Giulia - Ronchi Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking the regional train from the Trieste Aeroporto station (just over a 10-minute walk from the airport) to the Udine station, from where you can continue on foot (24 minutes) or by bus (13 minutes) to the apartment.



- From Udine Station, you can reach the apartment via bus lines 1, 2, or 3, which stop at Via della Vittoria, a 5-minute walk from the property.



- If you’re traveling by car, to get to Udine, take the A23 Palmanova-Tarvisio highway from Venice or Trieste; from there, the roads leading to Udine are the SS13, SS54, and SS56.

Parking is not included. However, paid parking is available at the Magrini Parking Lot, about 6 minutes from the property.
