Utterly unprofessional behaviour and dangerous facilities. Avoid!!!!

- Nice location - friendly janitors

Shortly after checking into our accommodation, we noticed a smell of gas. After contacting the property management, a friendly janitor showed up, who confirmed the gas leak, and after an hour or so had us moved to another similar accommodation, which was however an obvious downgrade, as it had no A/C (summer time), no swimming pool and no jacuzzi. When later on, we asked for a partial refund due to the incident, a kafkesque nightmare started. The accommodation originally "agreed" to the refund but was claiming not to be able to transfer the money using an IBAN!!!! After weeks of non-responsiveness and artificial delays, I was forced to create a Wise account to get the refund. At this point they offered a 15% refund, which was clearly below our expectations, taking into account the danger we were put it in due to the gas leak, the relocation inconvenience, the downgraded accommodation and the hours I had spent writing mails for moths for a 5' refund. When I asked in return for something around 25-30% I ended up getting a 10% refund and a gaslighting mail response stating that we allegedly got an upgraded accommodation. The stuff behaviour during the refund process was totally unacceptable, unresponsive, and either totally unwilling to support or incompetent.
